Arisia staff needs an invite link that does not expire until after the convention (needs to run through 1/19/21). Arisia gaming and safety staff should be denoted as staff of Arisia when they join. At least one member of the gaming staff will be joining. Please make 2 roles, Safety and IRT, that will be given to Arisia staff, and are @-able by everyone.

Ideally, the server is for Arisia goers only.
If the server has non-Arisians on it, they also need to abide by the code of conduct.
Folks that are banned from Arisia should not have access to the spaces where Arisians are allowed.

By sharing BGA names on Discord, you can invite Arisia members specifically to join your game.
If you are running a scheduled or unscheduled game, please share your BGA name on the Discord channel prior to the game, and check that the people signed up are on your friend list.

All games allow for visitors to observe, please make folks welcome in chat. We encourage people to stay on Zoom breakout rooms or personal Zoom rooms during the game for the full social experience, including visitors so people can learn new games.
