Help Desk Staff
During Arisia 2021, we will be running an online Help Desk. Help Desk Staff will assist people who need help navigating the site, asking for general information, getting into Zoom and Discord, and other common technical issues. Help Desk Staff will report to the Help Desk Area Head. Various shifts will be available. This is primarily an at-con position. Familiarity with Zoom and Discord applications is a plus.
